Who we are
Callback Now is operated by ARKAYI AI & Consulting Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India ("ARKAYI", "we"). Contact: hello@arkayi.com.
Two groups of people we hold information about
Business customers are the companies that subscribe to Callback Now. Callers are people who call those businesses and receive a WhatsApp reply.
What we collect
- From business customers: name, business name, business address, GSTIN if given, email, phone number, the number you choose for WhatsApp, service area, hours, job types, and billing details handled by our payment provider.
- From callers: phone number, the time of the missed call, any voicemail, and the WhatsApp conversation, including details you share such as the service you need, your PIN code or address, and preferred time.
- From website visitors: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, and anything you send us by email.
How we use it
- To message callers on behalf of the business they called and to pass the details to that business
- To run, secure and improve the service, and to send business customers reports
- To bill business customers and meet legal and tax duties
Who we share it with
We share caller information with the business the caller contacted. We use service providers to run Callback Now, including telephony and messaging, cloud hosting, AI language processing, email delivery and payment processing. They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
To set up a business customer's WhatsApp, we give its business name, contact email and WhatsApp number to our messaging provider ArkaSend, which keeps an account for the business and registers the number with Meta.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share phone numbers or mobile opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Text and WhatsApp messaging
We message callers on WhatsApp, on behalf of the business they called. Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message and we will stop messaging you. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and handles messages under its own terms.
How long we keep it
We keep conversation records for as long as the business customer's account is active, then delete or anonymize them within [ADD PERIOD, e.g. 12 months] unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@arkayi.com. Callers can also reply STOP to any text. Because we hold caller data on behalf of the business you called, we may refer your request to that business.
Where data is stored
We are based in India and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
Security
We use encryption in transit and access controls. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and change the date above.
