The agreement
These terms are between ARKAYI AI & Consulting Pvt Ltd ("ARKAYI", "we") and the business that subscribes to Callback Now ("you"). By signing up you agree to them.
The service
Callback Now sends an automatic WhatsApp reply to people whose calls to your business go unanswered, asks about the job, and passes the details to you. We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or that any number of leads or jobs will result.
Your responsibilities
- Use Callback Now only for calls to your own business line, and keep the information you give us accurate
- Follow Indian law on calls and messages, including TRAI rules, and WhatsApp's business policies. We message only people who called you, and honor STOP requests
- Do not use the service for marketing blasts, spam or anything unlawful
- Tell us if you want Callback Now to give any prices or promises. By default it gives none
Price and billing
The price is ₹1,999 per month plus GST, billed monthly in Indian rupees, with no setup fee. The price stays the same for as long as your subscription remains active without a break.
30-day money-back guarantee
If Callback Now does not bring you at least one genuine lead you would otherwise have missed in your first 30 days, email hello@arkayi.com within that period and we will refund your first month in full.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time by email. Your subscription ends at the end of the billing period you have paid for. After cancelling, you must turn off call forwarding on your phone. We will show you how.
Your data
You own the data about your customers. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Limits of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
Governing law
